How much is delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available

Will all of my items arrive together?

Not alwavs. Some products may be dispatched separately, so an order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we'll send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and the condition of the item. Please contact us before returning anything

How do I know whether a product will fit my dog or vehicle?

Are ROAMUTT products only for road trips?

Not at all. Our gear is selected for everyday drives as well as longer adventures - whether that's a trip to the park, a weekend away or a proper Australian road trip
